1.1 Agreement to Terms

Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds held in the account will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.

2.4 Registration Information

You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information at the point of registration and to keep that information up to date at all times. 3.1 Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdebet username and password. 3.2 Liability for Account Activity

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits into your bdebet account from a third party's payment account, is strictly prohibited. bdebet will return funds to the originating payment method in such cases and may suspend the receiving account pending a review.

4.5 Verification Before Withdrawal

bdebet applies Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to all withdrawal requests above a defined threshold. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence) and/or proof of mobile wallet ownership before a withdrawal is approved. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdebet will close the relevant accounts, void all pending and settled bonuses, and withhold any associated balances. bdebet's determination on bonus abuse matters is final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to the appropriate authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or any software tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid out.
• Collusion with other Members to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker and pre-arranged match betting.
• Accessing the bdebet platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to disguise your true geographic location.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid verification thresholds, or using the bdebet account to process funds on behalf of any third party.
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing bdebet customer support staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to bdebet at any time, including during registration, KYC verification, or support interactions.

7.1 Ownership

All content published on the bdebet platform — including but not limited to the bdebet brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bdebet or its licensed content suppliers (including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7.2 Permitted Use

9.1 Closure by the Member

9.2 Closure by bdebet

Where an account is closed for cause, bdebet may withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the bdebet platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination — including those relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.

10.1 Informal Resolution

12.2 Severability
